4 · Broadcast worker
The web UI only prepares and schedules broadcasts. A command-line worker performs them, replacing the background threads of the desktop app.
cd C:\wamp64\www\dua-promote C:\wamp64\bin\php\php8.3.28\php.exe worker/worker.php run
The dashboard also has a Start worker button that launches this command for you. Leave a terminal window open, or add C:\wamp64\www\dua-promote\worker\worker.php run to Windows Task Scheduler at logon.
